Bolicoat D 60 is a solvent-free coating system based on a mixture of flexible polyurethane resins. This dirt-repellent coating is applied with a roller or an airless spray gun and protects steel and concrete from corrosion. The recommended layer thickness depends on the application and the surface. Bolicoat D 60 prevents salts and other corrosive elements from coming in contact with the surface to be protected.
Bolicoat D 60 has excellent salt-water resistance, a low hydrolysis value and a low oxygen diffusion coefficient. Bolicoat D 60 is obtainable in 50 colours including striking reflective colours. Bolicoat D 60 colours under the influence of UV radiation. The coating system can be properly cleaned using high pressure.
Bolicoat D 60 is resistant to the most usual loads.
